Counselling for Young Adults (18-30)
Leaving Adolescence Behind
There's something really special about working with young adults. It's a time of huge change. Leaving home, finding your identity, navigating relationships, and making big life decisions, often for the first time. This work is especially meaningful as it can shape the patterns you carry forward down the generations.
I've spent many years, working with young people across different settings, and it's given me a deep understanding of this complex life stage and how difficult it can be to find your place in the world when life feels so uncertain.
If you're a young adult and feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed, you don't have to figure it out on your own. I would love to hear from you so we can work through this together.
Counselling for Older Adults
Counselling Through Life Transitions
Although much of my work focuses on young adults, I also work with adults of all ages experiencing periods of transition and change.
This might include adjusting to changing family relationships, identity shifts, career changes, menopause, bereavement, ageing, or questioning what comes next in life. During these periods, people often find themselves re-evaluating who they are, what they want how they want to live. Therapy can offer a valuable space to explore these questions on honestly.
In my University work, I have worked with many mature students who have changed direction later in life and we have explored all the opportunities and challenges that come with this experience.

Counselling for Bereavement by Suicide
Support For Complex Grief
Losing someone to suicide can feel very different from other kinds of grief, often bringing shock, trauma, unanswered questions, and emotions that can be hard to make sense of. It is life changing.
This is an area of work that’s close to my heart. I have had specialist training and I am experienced in supporting people affected by suicide loss. My approach is steady, sensitive, and trauma-informed, offering you a compassionate space where you can explore your loss at your own pace.
You don't have to navigate this alone. If you are seeking support after suicide bereavement, I'm here to help.
